Our Governance Structure
We are governed by two statutes, the Trustee Act 1949 and the Trust Companies Act 1949, and subject to the supervision of the Companies Commission (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia or SSM) for administration, the Securities Commission (SC) for providing advice, and the Bank Negara (BNM) for anti-money laundering issues.
